Finn Sykes

Finn joined World in 2026 as an Office Assistant. In 2025 he graduated from the University of Lincoln with a First Class Degree in Film Production. During his studies, he was selected as one of 12 international filmmakers for the Looking China Film Programme, where he travelled to Beijing to produce a documentary.

Before joining World, Finn worked in the events industry, supporting event coordination and creating marketing content for one of the UK’s leading Christmas party companies. Alongside his professional work, he has written and directed several short films, including his award-winning graduation film Treacle, which won an RTS Midlands Student Award.
