Eleanore Arden-Joly

Eleanore leads the strategy for identifying and securing prime IP across fiction, nonfiction, podcasts, theatre, and journalism for series adaptations.

Prior to joining World, Eleanore spent several years heading up the UK book-to-screen division at Maria B. Campbell Associate’s London office. She scouted the European and UK publishing markets for clients including NBC Universal, Netflix, Sky Studios, and Banijay Group, advising on acquisition deals.

Before pivoting to IP development, Eleanore worked in production where some of her credits include Searchlight Picture’s The Menu, directed by Mark Mylod, starring Ralph Fiennes, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Nicholas Hoult, as well as Netflix’s Teenage Bounty Hunters created by Jenji Kohan.

Eleanore holds a degree in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh and a Masters in Film Direction from the Met Film School. She is a native speaker of French and English.
