Ruby Day

Ruby joined World as an intern in January 2018, after graduating from studying English at Oxford University. She stayed on as development assistant, helping to identify writers and projects for World’s slate.

In 2020, she was assistant script editor on Line of Duty’s sixth season. Since then, she has been script editor on Showtrial (BBC One), The Diplomat (Alibi/UKTV) and Fifteen-Love (Prime Video).

Alongside script editing, she continues to develop projects and is always on the lookout for unique stories to tell and exciting new talent to work with.
