CATCH OF THE DAY
Quigley gives Liam and Donal £50, to buy sand to fill a bunker on the golf course. Trying to save money, they sneak off to the beach to pinch some sand for the bunker, but they get more than they bargained for when they discover a large crate, which has been dumped by an infamous gang of criminals. They think its cat food and decide to sell them.
Meanwhile Liam and Donal are in Kathleen's shop, trying to sell her their cat food when she looks through her catalogue and tells them its Caviar worth £80 a tin. They immediately start to place signs up all over the village and prepare to take orders.
They return to the golf course to fill the bunker with the sand from the beach, but Fr Mac has caught on to their scam and pays them a visit insisting they fill the bunker with the correct sand or he'll tell Quigley.
Meanwhile Orla makes an effort to look nice for her date with Connor, but its not as romantic as she envisaged, they end up go-karting.
Whilst Liam and Donal are emptying the bunker, they spot the gangsters; in a panic they decide to dump both the caviar and sand on Eamonn's land in turn he takes it to Quigley's and dumps it there.
Back at Donal's the gangsters are waiting: they send Donal off to fetch the caviar, whilst they hold Liam for security. Desperate Donal turns up at Quigley's to ask for his help. He is happy to help - but Donal must first empty the bunker. He then sends Donal ahead to meet the gangster on the beach where they are holding Liam. Later Quigley turns up with the Caviar and the brothers leave, a few yards down the road they are intercepted by the police. Inspector Foley congratulates Quigley, Liam and Donal.
Back at home Quigley is entertaining Fr Mac, he offers him some caviar.
