Dale: You're pissed.
Warren: So? It's manly and heterosexual to be pissed isn't
it?

Confusion reigns. Milly
doesn't know how she feels about Egg - or O'Donnell - or
herself. Egg knows something is wrong and asks if she's
slept with O'Donnell. After a talk, they decide on professional
help from a therapist - and, at last, they have sex (so
they haven't forgotten how).
Anna seems pretty together
about her fling with Jerry but is trying to keep it private.
He's deliriously happy and would shout it from the rooftops
but instead suggests going to a rave. Now there's only one
way to enjoy a rave properly, according to the oldest raver
in town Jerry, so he and Anna go to buy Ecstacy. The dealer
is a suicidal depressive named Lanky Roy. Jerry and Anna
get stoned and dance the night away, bumping into Warren
who is still trying to get over Ferdy and Dale. Next day,
Anna has a new client to defend - it's Lanky Roy who's in
court on a dealing charge. Disaster! Anna breaks down in
tears but Miles talks her into going through with the case.
She does, and gets Lanky Roy off on possession, swearing
to herself that she will never do drugs again. (Do we believe
her?)
The episode ends with good
news. Jerry has found an agent who gets him a serious advance
for his book. Anna insists on a party to celebrate. A drunken
and sexually-relieved Egg confirms Miles's suspicions about
Anna and Jerry leaving Miles distinctly jealous. What's
to be done? After a few sharp words, Miles and Anna disappear
upstairs to continue the conversation and ... what happens
next? Who knows.
