When Kate befriends a recovering
alcoholic, she decides she has a drinking problem and
drives the girls mad by giving up the booze whilst Anji
thinks she’s being stalked by a mad man who turns
out to be the widower of a former patient.
Beth isn’t interested in Justyn, the new nurse,
until she discovers he’s gay. Following a night
of clubbing, they end up having sex but Beth’s initial
embarrassment turns to fury when she learns that he’s
a practicing bisexual.
Lia works herself up into a state when Al, her ex-husband,
invites her and Marcus to a BBQ. It goes remarkably smoothly
but it makes Lia realise she’s just not in love
with Marcus.
Jamie is finally made registrar and he and Lia stage a
mock break up, which doesn’t quite pan out as they’d
anticipated.
