CLAUDIA HARRISON

When Claudia Harrison got caught by some of her mates pretending to be a tree on her first day at the infamous Royal Academy Of Dramatic Arts, she might have felt a wee bit silly. But when they catch a glimpse of her as the dedicated and passionate business manager, Luce in Attachments they'll know it was all worthwhile.

Plucked straight from the RADA talent pool, Claudia left drama school two weeks early to start work on Attachments.

"Getting the role of Luce was dream come true but it has also been a bit of a baptism of fire. Because I'd never even been in front of a camera before and certainly never been paid to do so!"

Although she'd previously acted in school, Claudia studied politics at University and went onto RADA after having a change of heart.

"After university I thought about defecting to law but realised I'd rather play a barrister than be one!"

As RADA mainly concentrates on performing in the theatre, Claudia has really enjoyed the breadth of experience that filming a television drama has brought her and Luce is also quite a fun character to play.

"There are lots of similarities between me and Luce, not so much as people, but our backgrounds are similar. Like her I've worked hard but I know how to let my hair down. Luce and I could have a great time at a party."

Claudia recently starred alongside James Nesbitt in the BBC crime drama 'Murphy's Law'. She's also worked on the horror film 'Alone' and worked with Kirsten Dunst, Eddie Izzard and Joanna Lumley in 'The Cat's Maiow'.
