Roderick Seligman joined World in 1997 as the director responsible for commercial, legal and financial matters. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2004. Formerly he worked at merchant bank Lazard Brothers in the City and at television production company, TVF.

He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen and has an MBA from Insead in France.
